I'm David Warwick - an experienced minister (4 decades) and qualified professional supervisor with a passion for seeing Christian leaders thrive. I've sat in the chair you're sitting in. I know what it's like to start a church, grow and carry a congregation, cast vision, and see lives changed through the redemptive message of Jesus.
Professional Super-vision is a regular, 50 - 60 minute, one-on-one conversation with a trained and recognised supervisor.
It's a dedicated, safe space — just for you — where you can step back from the demands of your work, think out loud, and learn to gain the kind of clarity, vision, that's hard to find when you're in the middle of everything.

Sessions are $95–$150, per 50–60 minute session, depending on frequency and your circumstances.
I offer a sliding scale because I want cost to never be the reason a leader goes without support.
We'll discuss what fits during your free intro conversation.
While most clients meet once every six - eight weeks we'll find a rhythm that works for you.
